The Role :
Due to an exciting surge in work, the firm is seeking an Employment Associate Solicitor with 1 year PQE to join its high-performing team in Reading. You will work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, assisting both employers and employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dismissals, terminations, and discrimination claims
• Redundancies and restructuring advice
• Providing high-quality advisory work for a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to large national corporations
