The business works on practical sustainability and efficiency projects and has built a remote-first culture across its UK team. It’s not a large corporate environment — the team is small, structured, and professional, with a strong focus on doing good work without unnecessary pressure.
They’re looking to hire a Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and senior team members.
This is a fully remote, long-term position where you’ll help keep the business organised and running smoothly. The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys structure, and takes pride in keeping things in order.

- Managing inboxes, calendars, and meeting scheduling
