Job summary
A managed service provider in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to work in a fast-paced support environment. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support across client networks and end-user environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure clear communication with clients. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with Microsoft environments, and a flexible approach to working hours. A full driving license and personal vehicle are also required.
Qualifications

- Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and cloud technologies.

This role offers a fast‑paced support environment with opportunities to develop both 1st and 2nd line support skills. It’s well suited to an IT Technician with experience in an MSP or a similarly high‑volume support setting, looking to broaden their technical exposure while supporting multiple customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st and 2nd line support across client networks and end‑user environments.

- Provide remote support and occasional on‑site assistance as required.

- Comfortable working across a mix of 1st and 2nd line support tickets.
- Flexible approach to working hours when required.
- Full driving licence & access to your own vehicle.
