Simple Company is a leading manufacturer specializing in wellness, hemp, and e-liquid products. With over a decade of experience, the company has developed 300+ brands and produced over 45 million products from its state-of-the-art facility near Gatwick.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, the successful candidate will support the marketing team in enhancing the company’s digital presence. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, SEO, and analytics, providing hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Collaborate in the creation, planning, and execution of the social marketing strategy.
2. Contribute to the development and delivery of captivating emails, newsletters, and retention campaigns.
3. Assist in the planning and scheduling of compelling social media content across multiple platforms.
4. Play a key role in managing user-generated content and ensuring its timely delivery.
5. Engage in community management across various platforms, building meaningful connections.
6. Work closely with the SEO manager to enhance the online presence.
7. Support in optimizing the website for enhanced user experience.
8. Utilise tools like Mailchimp and Coladio to analyse campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions.
9. Create captivating social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, encompassing written, video, and audio elements.
10. Collaborate in crafting compelling ad content that captures attention.
11. Utilise Sprout to manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
12. Analyse social media metrics to gauge reach and identify areas for enhancement.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

1. £14,722.50 per annum
2. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
