A local authority recruitment agency in Knowsley is seeking a Service Manager for a 3-month contract, likely to be extended. The role involves strategic management of staff and resources within the Inclusion area. Rate of Pay: £47.11-£62.51 per hour
The Service Manager for Inclusion is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic management of employees, financial resources, and physical assets within the Inclusion service area. Working as part of the Senior Management Team within Childrens Services, the postholder ensures the Council fulfills its statutory duties regarding the SEND Code of Practice and supported transport. A primary focus of the role is to drive service improvements, identify efficiencies, and contribute to the borough's wider education improvement and SEND Implementation Plan.
