Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market capture plans to attract new business in the UK and EMEA regions.
- Manage customer visits, coordinate marketing campaigns, and leverage CRM systems effectively.
- Prepare and share detailed monthly reports on sales and marketing activities, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic growth objectives.
- Oversee major bid responses, ensuring compliance with requirements and professional presentation.
- Handle new product initiatives and promptly address customer inquiries.
- Assist in developing commercial pricing strategies and support high-level negotiations.
- Engage in marketing events and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bid management and understanding of RFQ processes in the UK & EMEA.
- Knowledge of engineering concepts and manufacturing processes for gaskets, seals, and assemblies.
- Understanding of quality management standards, including ISO9001.
- Well-organised with experience in both domestic and international travel.
