• Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid‑to‑high‑tier accounts.\

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.\

• Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery.\

• Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role.\
