A leading grocery retailer in the UK is seeking a Tesco Colleague for the Customer Service Desk in Leigh Extra. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, managing service desk operations, and working collaboratively with the team. Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts シャ£12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We provide a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; if you’d like to work fewer (to a minimum(IR-12) we have opportunities for this too.
We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be.
