A group of colleges and training providers in the Tees Valley is seeking a Digital Learning Coach to enhance digital skills among students and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent digital and communication skills, a minimum Level 3 Education and Training Award, and a flexible approach to daily requirements. The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is a dynamic and forward-thinking group of colleges and training providers, including Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training Group and Innersummit. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Learning Coach to join our Learning Resources team, reporting to our Digital Skills Manager. The successful candidate will support the integration of digital and study skills through independent and group learning sessions for students and staff. The role will promote outstanding Library and Learning Resource Centre services while also supporting innovation, inclusivity and the effective use of digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about championing and showcasing excellent digital practice, while supporting both students and staff to embrace and succeed in digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent digital skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to learn and develop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 Education and Training Award or a willingness to work towards this. The role is varied, and the candidate will need to be organised and flexible to accommodate daily requirements.
