A leading residential care provider in Eastbourne is seeking a Senior Night Coach to provide calm and consistent leadership overnight for young people with complex learning disabilities. You will support a dedicated night team, ensuring safety and comfort for the children during their most vulnerable hours. Candidates should have experience in residential care, strong leadership skills, and an ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in residential or SEN care.
  • Confident managing night-time behaviours linked to genetic syndromes.
  • Experience with supporting developmental trauma and complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead night shifts and mentor Junior Night Coaches.
  • Support children with sleep disruption and emotional crises.
  • Monitor health needs and oversee medication.

Education
