Job summary
A reputable educational recruitment agency is seeking a Specialist SEND Learning Support Assistant in Chelmsford, Essex. The role involves supporting children with complex needs in a mainstream school. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification or higher, and graduates in psychology or criminology are preferred. The position offers a long-term contract with pay ranging from £88 to £105 per day, along with potential permanent opportunities. Immediate start available.

Contract details
- Long-term contract (12 months, with the view of going permanent)
- Possibility of a permanent contract from August 2026 for the right candidate
- £88‑£105 per day (weekly pay)

Role purpose
