We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Production Planner to join their team. This isn't just an administrative role; we're looking for someone proactive who can challenge existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Proven planning & scheduling experience in a machine manufacturing environment
- A proactive approach, comfortable with shop‑floor engagement
- Ability to challenge existing parameters, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
- Demonstrable experience working on KPIs such as OTIF Delivery, Quality, and Cost
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar planning role within engineering/manufacturing
