This role is part of the Care team, which is central to our brand. You will triage all inbound inquiries, work with hosts and guests with confirmed reservations, and ensure an excellent experience at every step. Human support when needed is crucial to us.

You will be trusted to deliver impeccable service in your own way—no scripts required!

1. Triaging all inbound inquiries.
2. Communicating directly with guests and hosts via phone, chat, email, etc., resolving queries across platforms.
3. Supporting the Sales team with certain deals to confirm bookings.
4. Working week: Sunday-Thursday

• Confident, articulate communicator in English, professional yet friendly.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity.
• High emotional intelligence and a positive attitude; a people person and team player.
• Comfortable liaising with different teams and working cross-functionally.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and efficient.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not essential.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis is preferred but not essential.
