A fashionable collective in Greater London seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations and promote outstanding customer service at their Regent Store. This role involves driving sales, managing staff in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensuring a premium shopping experience. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar role, a strong passion for the fashion industry, and excellent communication skills.

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help grow our London team at our Regent Store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will lead by example for the Sales Assistants, delivering outstanding customer service, acting as a true brand ambassador, and helping to create the unique BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
Your main goal will be to take responsibility for overall store operations, drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and step into the Store Manager's role when they are absent.
