Assistant Store Manager - Central London - Full Time
Job summary
A fashionable collective in Greater London seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations and promote outstanding customer service at their Regent Store. This role involves driving sales, managing staff in the absence of the Store Manager, and ensuring a premium shopping experience. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar role, a strong passion for the fashion industry, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey from welcome to final sale.
- Manage stock control and organize deliveries.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help grow our London team at our Regent Store.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will lead by example for the Sales Assistants, delivering outstanding customer service, acting as a true brand ambassador, and helping to create the unique BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
Your main goal will be to take responsibility for overall store operations, drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and step into the Store Manager's role when they are absent.
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey from welcome to final sale, handling requests and resolving complaints with professionalism.
- Stock cmanagement: counting, control, organising deliveries and maintaining the stockroom.
- Product organization on the shop floor, as well as implementing visual merchandising guidelines, organising products on the shop floor, and collaborating on window and in-store visual changes.
- Management of the store and the teams in abscense of the Store Manager.
- Maintain clear and consistant communication with HQ.
