Are you looking to lead, test, and evolve digital marketing strategy with real autonomy?

This role gives you the freedom to shape campaigns, optimise content, and drive performance across a dynamic thought leadership platform. You’ll bring a broad skill set - from content planning and SEO to paid media and analytics - and while execution is supported by a specialist team, you’ll be the one steering the direction and driving continuous improvement.

• Own the content strategy for the platform, aligning with business goals, KPIs, and audience needs.

• Champion the platform across the wider business, building strong internal relationships.

• Lead quarterly platform and partner campaign execution.

• Oversee the day-to-day work of the Marketing Executive to support delivery.

• Analyse campaign performance using advanced analytics and web tools, delivering actionable insights.

• Investigate industry trends and best practices to evolve platform strategy.

• Campaign Leadership: Proven success in leading multi-channel B2B campaigns with measurable impact.

• Content & Platform Ownership: Ability to lead editorial planning and content delivery across digital platforms.

• Performance & Analytics Expertise: Advanced use of Google Analytics and tracking tools.

• SEO & AI-Driven Optimisation: Experience across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with AI-supported tools.

• Project & People Management: Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Technical Fluency: Comfortable with WordPress backend and web analytics dashboards.
