A leader in change management is looking for a Managing Change Safely Lead to oversee the MCS function, ensuring safety risks from organizational changes are effectively addressed. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, maintaining governance tools, and providing training on MCS processes. Candidates should have Change Management certification and proven risk management experience. This full-time position offers a salary range of £55.5k - £66.7k annually and includes a hybrid work model.

- Experience embedding governance and controls into complex programmes.
- Lead governance forums and influence stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Own and improve the MCS framework to embed safety.
- Chair governance forums and support the Responsible Person Forum.
- Audit register entries and coordinate HSE submissions.
