Job description

As a Bank Youth Support Worker you will be working in an exquisite environment, supporting young people with community activities such as horse riding, swimming, cinema, pantomimes and beach visits which will enrich their wellbeing and community access. You will support them with placement assistance and enrichment to ensure they have a wealth of opportunities for the future, and personal care will also be required within this role. This unique opportunity lets you work collaboratively across Care, Education and Therapeutic Services with trained, qualified professionals from our multidisciplinary team.   Lufton College is a day and residential college based in Yeovil. We have a proud and successful tradition of supporting young people who have autism with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours between the ages of 16 and 25. We support our students to gain valuable life skills, qualifications and confidence to support their onward journey towards independence.
