This role includes managing the technical and design processes from planning consent to completion. This Technical Manager's role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading residential developers. They are an expanding firm that are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Manager to help deliver their ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a Technical Manager to join their expanding team to lead a high end luxury, new build RC frame residential project based in Central London.
You will be working closely with the Technical Team, the Technical Manager will be empowered to take responsibility for progressing all design required by the Production team and other departments, delivering fully detailed construction packages and Building Regulation approval.
