The Marketing Operations Manager is a senior operations role accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all non-digital shared services including marketing campaigns, fulfilment, and events across Protyre, MTS, and tyre brands (House, Premium, Specialist), supporting the Group's £150m+ annual revenue. The job holder owns operational excellence and runs a unified operating model for all shared services, leading a team of three to execute flawlessly - on time, on budget, and to brief - enabling Brand Managers to focus on strategy and creative. You will drive process optimization, automation, technology integration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure agile, scalable, and fully compliant marketing operations in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will be fully accountable for operational cost efficiency, on-time campaign delivery, compliance (ASA, GDPR, brand guidelines), supplier performance, and will provide monthly performance reporting and insights to the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT).
