Mixologist ***Vibrant Restaurant in Victoria***
We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team.
If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering
personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic
environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist
in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail,
and a positive attitude toward training and development. This position reports
to the General Manager.

Employment type: Full-time
Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:
- Crafting exquisite cocktails and
drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests. - Ensuring the bar area and
surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest
standards. - Working across all areas of the
bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. - Preparing a variety of drinks,
cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences. - Demonstrating strong menu
knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a
Mixologist in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment. - Strong attention to detail and
ability to maintain high standards in every aspect of service. - Excellent communication skills,
with the ability to interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional
manner. - A passion for training,
development, and staying updated on the latest trends in mixology. - A positive, proactive attitude
and a commitment to providing exceptional, personalised service to every guest.
