We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support advanced machinery and management systems. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers and field partners, and seeing the real-world impact of your work, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Provide engineering support for automated and conventional systems and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via helpdesk, including participation in a rotating 24/7 support schedule.
- Lead commissioning of advanced systems in the UK and internationally.
- Collaborate with R&D to test new solutions and provide field feedback.
- Analyze system issues, identify patterns, and contribute to product improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and helpdesk records.
- Deliver hands-on training to distributors, dealers, and end-users, both in-person and remotely.
What You Bring
- Technical foundation (electrical/mechanical) with hands-on experience.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience working on live electrical systems.
- Competence in automation, mechanical repair, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
