We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support advanced machinery and management systems. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers and field partners, and seeing the real-world impact of your work, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide engineering support for automated and conventional systems and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via helpdesk, including participation in a rotating 24/7 support schedule.
  • Lead commissioning of advanced systems in the UK and internationally.
  • Collaborate with R&D to test new solutions and provide field feedback.
  • Analyze system issues, identify patterns, and contribute to product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and helpdesk records.
  • Deliver hands-on training to distributors, dealers, and end-users, both in-person and remotely.

What You Bring

  • Technical foundation (electrical/mechanical) with hands-on experience.
  • Relevant electrical engineering qualification.
  • Experience working on live electrical systems.
  • Competence in automation, mechanical repair, and diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
