We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our newly opened Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Shoreditch. The restaurant specializes in Sushi, Mains, Bao Buns, Cocktails, and Sake, and is experiencing rapid growth. Reporting to the Company Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within an exciting new concept.

• Strong people management skills
• At least 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant environment
• Genuine passion for hospitality and leadership by example
• Customer-focused with a strong floor presence
• Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry with a proven track record
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ambitious, hardworking, and charismatic
• Extensive management experience
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine is preferred but not essential

• Oversee all areas of the restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with policies and legislation
• Maintain high standards of service and quality
• HR responsibilities: recruiting, training, employee relations
• Financial responsibilities: managing labor costs, budgeting, reporting, and P&L
