A global charitable foundation is seeking a Property Compliance Project Manager to ensure compliance and safety across their property portfolio. The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science leading policy and advocacy campaigns and building partnerships.

This role is part of the Investments team and you will be working on the Residential Property Team. The team is responsible for the South Kensington Estate and various other residential and commercial assets in London, and some farms in Cheshire.
As a Property Compliance Project Manager you will play a key role in supporting the Property Team to ensure Wellcome’s property portfolio is safe, compliant and managed to the highest standards. You will focus on building and fire safety compliance working closely with external managing agents to ensure their delivery reflects Wellcome’s values and long‑term investment goals.

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
