Summary

We are partnering with a leading international not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is central to the Finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting, and driving key systems and process changes.

Our Client

A globally recognised institution, known for its international reach and innovative approach, it manages complex funding streams and multi-currency operations, making this an exciting opportunity for a proactive finance professional.

The Role
  • Management Accounting: Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
  • Systems Expertise: Work extensively with Access Dimensions and lead on system-related projects
  • Process Improvement: Drive change initiatives to improve month-end turnaround
  • Financial Operations: Collaborate with Finance Ops and budget holders to ensure robust income and expenditure reporting
  • International Finance: Manage reporting across multiple currencies and oversee VAT compliance, audits, and international funding streams
The Successful Candidate
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills in management accounting and financial reporting
  • Extensive systems experience, ideally with Access Dimensions
  • Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
  • Sector experience in not-for-profit, charity, and international funding environments (commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered)
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
