A leading manufacturing company in the UK is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing activities at its Keighley site. The role is pivotal, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and promoting a Zero Loss Safety Culture across operations. Requirements include a NEBOSH National Diploma and significant experience in HSE management. Join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of over 300 staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Teconnex is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and wellbeing activities at our Keighley manufacturing site.
This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Site General Manager, with a functional link to the Group Head of HSE.
Our Keighley plant employs over 300 blue‑collar staff; we manufacture automotive and aerospace parts as well as innovative engineering designs and machinery. We have on site 7‑ton pressing machines, rolling machinery, and robotics, so this role essentially requires a background of knowledge spent in a similar environment to ensure that we are all safe.
You’ll champion a Zero Loss Safety Culture, ensure compliance with UK legislation, maintain ISO 14001, and play a central role in shaping our safety and wellbeing agenda across manufacturing and office operations.
