Job summary
A National Housing Developer is seeking a Sales Advisor for a new build site in Coventry. You will manage customer sales processes and should possess at least 2 years of experience in new build housing sales, alongside strong sales negotiation skills. The position offers a salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £60,000, including a generous commission and quarterly bonus scheme.
