Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and children's homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs.

As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people. You'll also assess our young people's mental health and recommend appropriate interventions in a personalized care plan. Building rapport is key; by doing this, you'll be able to deliver effective counselling and feedback on progress.

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
• Have proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
• Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments
• Be a confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader, and trainer
• Be highly organized and proactive
• Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD
• Possess extensive sector experience and a background in team supervision
• Hold a valid driver's license as some travel is involved
