• Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety checks
• Ensuring compliance with RAMS, CDM, EAWR and UK H&S legislation
• Supporting incident and near-miss investigations
• Preparing risk assessments, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
• Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits
• Working closely with project teams, operatives and management
• Promoting a positive safety culture across all work streams

• NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or Diploma (or working towards)
• CSCS Managers/Professionals Card (essential)
• Experience in H&S within construction or electrical sectors
• Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and site practices
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge unsafe behaviours
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
