Previous experience in a quality assurance or food safety role within a chilled food production environment.
Understanding of CCP’s and procedures.
Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP training (Beneficial).
Responsabilidades
Conduct factory food quality inspections and verify factory records.
Calibrate equipment and collect swabs and samples.
Assist the Compliance Manager as required.
