Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or food safety role within a chilled food production environment.
  • Understanding of CCP’s and procedures.
  • Level 2 Food Safety and HACCP training (Beneficial).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct factory food quality inspections and verify factory records.
  • Calibrate equipment and collect swabs and samples.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager as required.
