A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Housing Officer for a full-time temporary role in Hastings. The successful candidate will conduct property inspections, manage safety checks, and support the housing team with professionalism. Responsabilités
- Conduct scheduled and emergency property inspections.
- Perform weekly fire alarm testing.
- Identify and report maintenance or health and safety issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records.
- Liaise with tenants and contractors.
