Qualifications

• Proven history as a CoW, Site Inspector, or Quality Assurance Specialist in construction.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
• Exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections of all Building Services and Fabric.
• Identify and document all defects and non-conformances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress and issues.
