A specialist engineering contractor based in the UK is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager. In this role, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while having the autonomy to influence safety practices. The position offers competitive compensation of £65,000 - £80,000 plus bonuses, job security, and opportunities for training and career advancement. Candidates should have a NEBOSH certification and a background in construction or marine engineering.

- Experience in health and safety management within construction, engineering, or marine engineering.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Ability to commute around Kent with a full UK Driver's License.
Responsabilités
- Inform Directors about foreseeable HSEQ issues.
- Provide HSEQ training guidance.
- Conduct HSEQ audits and inspections.
- Assist Senior management on Marine Projects.

- Inform Directors and Senior Managers of any foreseeable issues that may influence the HSEQ programme.
- Coordinate, deliver, and provide guidance on HSEQ training
- Carry out HSEQ audits and inspections, and conduct an annual management review.
- Assist Senior management on Marine Projects
- Health and safety manager background in construction, engineering or marine engineering
- NEBOSH (Must Have)
- Commutable around Kent
- Full UK Drivers License and no criminal convictions
