Having had a woeful experience with a number recruitment consultants and companies phishing and farming data from job sites such as CV Library Indeed and Total Jobs who phone up have an initial conversation promise the world and then never hear from them again it was a delight to deal with both Dan and JC at Ex Mil Recruitment. Genuine honest conversation, with communication throughout the whole process from initial contact, introduction and right through to placement. I couldn't recommend the team enough genuinely would recommend the team at Ex Mil whether you're an employer seeking candidates or seeking a new opportunity.
