Job summary
A biotech company in Greater London is seeking a data scientist to drive transformative insights into drug discovery through multi-omics data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a quantitative discipline, experience analyzing high-dimensional biological data, and proficiency in Python. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop computational workflows and communicate findings. Qualifications
- Strong experience analysing high-dimensional biological data, including transcriptomics and other omics datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience working in high-performance or cloud computing environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust computational workflows for the integration and analysis of multi-omics datasets.
- Design and apply statistical and computational models for analysing transcriptomics.
- Collaborate closely with ML researchers to inform and iterate on model architectures.
