A major healthcare organization in the UK is looking for GP Training Programme Directors to develop and manage innovative training programs for General Practitioners. Candidates should have experience in educational leadership, strong collaboration skills, and be a registered medical practitioner. The role involves both remote and regular onsite work in the East Midlands, providing an opportunity to impact GP education and improve learner experience.
2x 2 session TPD postsbeing recruitedtosupport GP expansion and structured learningacrossthe East Midlandsuntil31.03.26.We hope that further funding will be made available to extend the post end date.
The GP TPDsfor Expansion & Structured Learning programmes will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of innovative training programmes for General Practitioners (GPs) based in theEast Midlands.
Please notethat althoughsomeworkmaybe completed remotely,there will be regular travelrequiredaround the East Midlands.
Remuneration will be at GP00-GP01 point of national GP educator pay scale.

Please note role responsibilities are not limited to the areas listed above as with all TPD roles, you may be asked to work flexibly to support wider GP training within the East Midlands.
