Endoscopy Booking Clerks

1 x 30.5 hours

Main duties of the job

You will work alongside nursing staff, doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources to provide clerical duties. High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise. You will have experience in an administrative role, preferably working with the public, and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture is paramount. Welsh language skills are required and will be learnt when appointed to the post.
