Job summary
A healthcare organization in Tewkesbury is seeking a qualified professional to lead the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme. The role requires strong adherence to safeguarding policies and effective collaboration within a diverse healthcare team. Candidates with experience in professional conduct and a commitment to training will be favored.
Qualifications
- Must adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Experience in safeguarding adults and children.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
- Follow local protocols and policy guidelines.
- As part of a skill mix team, the SCPHN HV will lead the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and deliver the personalised level of service identified through a high quality needs analysis.
- To work with guidelines of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and to follow local protocols and policy guidelines.
