A government judicial service is seeking a Customer Service / List Caller for Westminster Magistrates' Court. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience in public speaking within a formal setting. This full-time role involves assisting court users, preparing courtrooms, and announcing cases in court, contributing to the efficiency of the justice system. The position offers a pay rate of £15.59 per hour, a pension scheme, and holiday pay. Training will be provided, and the role is office-based only.

£15.59 per hour + pension scheme + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary, until March 2026 (with possible extension)
We are seeking a confident and professional individual to join HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) at Westminster Magistrates' Court. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who is also comfortable with public speaking in a formal environment. As part of the Customer Service team, you will assist members of the public and court users with enquiries, while as a List Caller, you will prepare and announce cases in the courtroom. If you are organised, people-focused, and thrive in busy, front-facing roles, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the justice system.
