A specialist Building Services MEP BIM consultancy is seeking a skilled MEP Revit Coordinator to join their Bristol team. This boutique consultancy is known for delivering high-quality MEP BIM solutions across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and efficiency, they are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support their growing portfolio of projects.

As an MEP Revit Coordinator, you will play a key role in producing and coordinating MEP models using Revit and BIM methodologies. Working closely with engineers and designers, you will ensure the integration and accuracy of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) building services within project designs.

• Develop and manage detailed MEP Revit models for building services projects.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM Managers, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows in line with industry best practices.
• Clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.
• Support the implementation of BIM Level 2 and ISO 19650 standards.
• Assist in training and supporting junior staff in Revit MEP best practices.

• Proven experience as an MEP Revit Coordinator, BIM Technician, or similar role within Building Services.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP with experience in family creation, parametric modeling, and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of MEP building services design principles.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo (desirable but not essential).
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
