• Strong knowledge of business, policy and current affairs, with a focus on the UK and European political and regulatory landscapes.
• Prior experience within government, parliament, a political party, or influencing policymakers, ideally at Westminster.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly to senior audiences.
• Proven project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A dynamic self-starter with intellectual curiosity, resilience and a client-service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build meaningful networks.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
