What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping the property management office humming — scheduling, filing, and handling communications like a pro
• Being the go-to for tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and landlord updates (you’re basically a friendly neighbourhood superhero!)
• Managing contracts, rent collections, and documentation with precision and flair
• Helping coordinate inspections and repairs (think: master planner with a sprinkle of detective skills)
• Supporting the team so they can shine brighter than the sun on a summer day!
