Real Estate Solicitor (3-8 years')

A leading international law firm is seeking a senior Real Estate Solicitor (5-8 years') to join its Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced real estate solicitor to work on high-quality, complex property transactions within a highly regarded and collaborative team.

The team advises a broad client base including institutional investors, developers and corporate occupiers and is involved in some of Scotland's most significant real estate transactions. The environment is supportive, commercially focused and committed to long-term career development.

The Role
  • Advise on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor trainees and junior associates
  • Play a key role in local client service teams
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor in Scotland with 5-8 years' PQE in real estate law
