Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Our client, a progressive law firm, is seeking an organised, proactive PA to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing high‑level administrative support in a fast‑paced, professional services environment with international exposure.

As the key point of contact for a group of fee earners, you will provide exceptional organisational and administrative support. The role involves managing complex workflows, handling confidential client matters and helping the team deliver high‑quality work to overseas healthcare regulators, government bodies and private sector organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Handling client enquiries, calls and communications with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
  • Managing diaries, travel, itineraries, international meeting arrangements and agendas.
  • Supporting pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions for international work.
  • Assisting with organising internal and external events, training sessions and client briefings.
  • Monitoring team inboxes, preparing draft friendly responses and managing correspondence.
  • Providing cross‑team support where needed and helping to balance workflow.
  • Supporting billing processes and preparing accurate invoices for international matters.
  • Managing expenses, payments and financial administration tasks.
  • Ensuring all compliance, information security and data‑handling standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a PA in a legal, professional services or similarly structured environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship κο mapping skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • A positive, “can‑do” attitude.
  • Adaptability and confidence in a fast‑moving environment.
