This is a brilliant opportunity for anewly qualified or junior solicitor (up to 2 years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing department that handles the full spectrum of commercial property work — fromportfolio management toinvestment transactions, developments, and complex project work.

The Role

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, investment, and development. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to:

  • Landlord and tenant work, acting for significant commercial landlords with large portfolios, retail parks, and shopping centres.
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals, often involving sophisticated investors and multi-property deals.
  • Major projects— including development and restructuring work — collaborating with senior members of the team on some of the region’s most high‑profile deals.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, with genuine opportunities for progression as you develop your technical expertise and build client relationships.

About You
  • NQ to 2 years PQE, with experience gained during a training contract or role within a commercial real estate team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of your development within a supportive and ambitious team.
