Real Estate Finance – 3-4 PQE – Central London

Our client, a very well regarded, and well-established law firm is looking to bolster the property team with the appointment of mid-level lawyer.

The Firm

The team comprises of several partners and associates at all levels, covering the full spectrum of real estate matters with an emphasis on high end investment and development work. Clients range from household names to large corporations and high net worth individuals.

The Role and Candidate

We are looking to speak with diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced candidates who wish to join a busy real estate finance department focusing on commercial property work aligned with some residential work.

You will be working directly with a Partner, running with variety of matter types and must have excellent technical knowledge, as well as a keen interest in business development. Our client has a lot of very high quality, challenging work and punch above their weight in this respect.

Key requirements for this role are as follows:

• essential experience in dealing with all aspect of commercial property
• acting for borrowers in refinancing
• granting and acquiring leases for landlords and tenants
• acting for lenders
