The Planning Team

The Planning division is 110-strong, with specialists based in London and Scotland. Within this, the Central London Planning team is a key pillar, advising major landowners, developers, and occupiers across London’s most complex and high-profile schemes.

Recent landmark projects include:

• Masterplanning for Selfridges
• Redevelopment of the M&S Headquarters on Oxford Street
• The Ewer Street Masterplan for Landsec
• Transformation of the BT Centre
• Regeneration of St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington
• New Moorfields Eye Hospital
• The Winstanley Estate regeneration in Wandsworth

The team works in tandem with a market-leading Heritage & Townscape group, ensuring clients benefit from an integrated planning and design service at the highest level.

The Opportunity
