An education recruitment agency in Morpeth is looking for graduates for their Graduate Programme targeting Newcastle & Northumberland. This role supports teachers and helps develop students in a classroom environment. Candidates must have a relevant university degree and a desire to work with young people, with excellent pay rates and 24/7 support provided.

- Must be able to provide a minimum of two references.

This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to the overall development of children in the classroom.
- Must have a university degree 2:2 or above from within the last 3 years
- Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential
- Clear desire to work with young people and potentially become a teacher in the future
- Must be able to provide a minimum of two references within the past two years
- Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
- All applicants must hold a valid DBS or be willing to undertake one
