Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and contribute to the overall development of children in the classroom.

Requirements

• Must have a university degree 2:2 or above from within the last 3 years
• Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial but not essential
• Clear desire to work with young people and potentially become a teacher in the future
• Must be able to provide a minimum of two references within the past two years
• Willingness to undertake CPD training as asked by Milk and your placement school
• All applicants must hold a valid DBS or be willing to undertake one
