Programme Details

This programme is designed for entry-level individuals and focuses on building the foundations to start a career in Project Management. It is suitable for candidates who are looking to start a new career and can be completed in a few weeks with a flexible pace to suit your circumstances.

Steps to Qualification

1. APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification — The first step is completing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). This professional industry-recognised qualification teaches you the fundamental principles of the project profession. The APM is the only chartered project management group in the world. Study time is approximately 20 hours and qualification is achieved by a 1-hour multiple choice exam. Our course is provided online and includes exam simulators, revision tools, and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting the exam.
2. PRINCE2 Foundation — PRINCE2 is a widely recognised methodology used by Project Managers. It is a process-driven (waterfall) methodology. Study time is approximately 15-20 hours and qualification is obtained through a 1-hour multiple choice exam. The course is provided online with exam simulators and revision tools, and includes a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to the exam.
3. Project Management Simulation — An exclusive online simulated project assignment that mirrors real-world scenarios. Completed work is graded by a tutor, who issues a certificate of completion.
4. Recruitment Support — Once qualified for entry-level roles, our recruitment support team will help you secure your first role. Financing and Support

To accommodate candidates, the training element of the package is available on finance terms of up to 1 year.
